System Functions and Value

The system enables online, real-time monitoring of safety valve pops and internal leaks.

System Architecture

The system consists of monitors, the WirelessHART wireless communication protocol, and master control unit software. The monitors are installed non-intrusively at the outlet pipeline positions of the safety valves, collecting real-time vibration, ultrasonic, and temperature signals from the safety valves. Combined with digital signal processing and edge computing, the safety valve status information is transmitted to the gateway via the WirelessHART wireless communication protocol, which is then connected to the master control unit software for the safety valve status monitoring platform.

The software intuitively displays the enterprise's safety valve events (internal leaks, pops), including a cockpit overview, a list and analysis of all safety valve events, message push notifications, and closed-loop management functions.

The system enables online, real-time monitoring of changes in the ball valve position status (fully open/not fully open).

System Architecture

The manual worm gear ball valve position remote monitoring system consists of monitors, wireless communication NB-IoT, and master control unit software. The monitors are installed non-intrusively at the ball valve shaft position to continuously monitor the valve position status and transmit the data via NB-IoT to the master control unit software platform. If any change in valve position status (fully open/not fully open) is detected, the system immediately sends an alarm notification to the relevant management personnel.
